By accessing or using this platform (“Platform”), creating an account, listing advertising space, or purchasing advertising space, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
The Platform provides technology that connects advertisers (“Buyers”) with third parties offering advertising spaces (“Sellers”). The Platform does not own, operate, manage, or control any advertising space and is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
Sellers are solely responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, availability, descriptions, and compliance with applicable law.
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and market such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
Payments are processed by third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe. The Platform is not responsible for payment processor performance, outages, or errors.
Platform fees may apply and will be disclosed before checkout.
By creating a listing, Sellers represent and warrant that they:
Sellers are solely responsible for fulfillment of purchased advertising space, including installation, display, maintenance, removal, production coordination, campaign execution, and timely delivery of advertising services unless otherwise expressly stated in the listing.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertising content submitted in connection with a transaction complies with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and advertising standards.
Sellers and the Platform reserve the right to reject, remove, or refuse advertising content that violates law, policy, or listing requirements.
Cancellation and refund policies are established by Sellers unless otherwise stated by the Platform. Buyers agree purchases are subject to Seller-specific cancellation and refund policies.
The Platform does not guarantee refunds except where required by law.
Users may not use the Platform to identify, contact, solicit, or transact with another user outside of the Platform for the purpose of avoiding platform fees, payment processing, transaction tracking, dispute resolution protections, or other Platform services.
If the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has attempted to circumvent the Platform by engaging in or soliciting off-platform transactions with another user introduced through the Platform, the Platform may suspend or terminate the user’s account, remove listings, cancel pending transactions, and/or take other enforcement action without refund.
Traffic data, demographic insights, exposure scores, impressions estimates, analytics, and related metrics are estimates provided for informational purposes only.
The Platform makes no guarantees regarding advertising performance, audience reach, impressions, conversions, return on investment, or business results.
Users may not use the Platform to identify, contact, solicit, negotiate, or transact with another user outside of the Platform for the purpose of avoiding platform fees, payment processing, transaction tracking, dispute resolution protections, or other Platform services.
If the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has attempted to circumvent the Platform by engaging in or soliciting off-platform transactions with another user introduced through the Platform, the Platform may suspend or terminate the user’s account, remove listings, cancel pending transactions, and/or take other enforcement action without refund.

The Platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove listings, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, cancel transactions, or take any other enforcement action where it believes a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise poses risk to the Platform or its users.
The Platform respects intellectual property rights and may remove content or listings alleged to infringe the rights of others. Repeated infringement may result in suspension or termination of account access.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications electronically from the Platform, including transactional emails, legal notices, policy updates, and service-related communications.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Neither the Platform nor any Seller shall be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, utility failures, supply shortages, or similar force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Platform.
The Platform’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to the Platform by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Platform. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes prior to formal proceedings.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
You and the Platform agree that all claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
